I just joined the Taiwan driver’s club as well. I went to the Taipei Motor Vehicle Office Northern Branch near Shilin in Taipei Wednesday afternoon. I was able to get through the application, health, photographs and car written test then. However, there’s no practical tests for car or scooter on Wednesday afternoons or Monday mornings. [...]
