Life in Taiwan: Week of March 1, 2010

On March 1, I returned to school since last graduating from Seattle University in May of 2002. At Furen Catholic University, I’m studying Chinese to drastically improve my listening and oral communication confidence.

Though I’ve self-studied Chinese for a few years, I was only good enough to get me into the second book of the Practical Audio-Visual Chinese series. In the recap of the past two-weeks, it’s been the right spot for me.

Additionally that week, I finally went climbing on my new Giant SCR to Guanyinshan Visitor Center. However, with my past year on a large flatbar upright bike and suddenly going to a much smaller drop bar frame has me really trying hard to find the new happy spots.
