Life in Taiwan: Week of March 8, 2010

Has anyone noticed how wet and cold northern Taiwan has been this year? I’m getting tired of it and I’m thinking that the next time we move, it’s towards the south. Maybe Fengyuan or Kaohsiung. Any thoughts as to what’s better for school, food, things to do and most importantly, roads to bike?
