It was a week of slowly getting back onto the bicycle, looking closely at stuff and registering for Chinese lessons at Furen Catholic University in Xinzhang.

A friend is looking for day trip ideas in Northern Taiwan. These were the first to come to mind that were reasonable based upon public transportation from Linkou-林口.
